Exercise class, 9.15-10.15 Thursday mornings in Longparish Village Hall, £6 per session

Physical activity is beneficial for your mental and physical health and wellbeing – keeping your heart, muscles and bones healthy, improving your co-ordination and suppleness.  Smooth Movers is an excellent class for getting fit and maintaining that fitness.   The well thought out routines are good for strength, flexibility and co-ordination, they aid concentration and get all the muscles working.

The class starts with a warm up followed by low impact aerobic exercises, which are changed regularly to keep us on our toes.  After the aerobics there are some stretches and then core stability floor exercises on mats.  All the exercises are set to music.

The class is led by Lauren Mildenberger, a fully qualified and experienced fitness and dance instructor.
